摘要 按宾馆、饭店、商场、集贸市场、客运车站候车室、客运码头候船厅、民用机场航站楼、体育场馆、会堂和公共娱乐场所10个类别分别统计某省3 a的公众聚集场所火灾数据,结合统计得到的该类公众聚集场所面积数据,分析该类公众聚集场所的火灾发生风险指标、火灾损失风险指标、火灾人员伤亡风险指标,建立各类公众聚集场所火灾风险评估模型。 This paper aims at studying fire hazard indicators by using the fire-accident data in public-gathering places. As we know, fire data are the original recordings of fire incidence and growing regulari- ty of fire accidents, analysis of which helps to find clues to fire pre- vention and fire-fighting. Taking fire cases in public gathering places from 2007 to 2009 in some province, we have adopted the national online-version fire statistics system in investigating and making statis- tic recordings on the fire data according to the location categories. In this paper we have first of all classified all the places hit by the fire disasters into ten kinds and analyzed them in regard of their human casualties and direct financial losses. Since the fire features are vari- ous in data distribution in such public gathering places, we have cat- egorized and analyzed the fire hazard indicators by simplifying the in- fluential factors for the fire occurrence and development, and then es- tablished a set of more scientific and accurate evaluation indicators for the likely to be fire hazards. To be more accurate, the data sets of the areas of each type of public gathering place are collected, and the extractions of the areas of these places are summed up, later, the fire occurrence hazard indicator, fire loss hazard indicator, the fire casu- a/ty hazard indicator are analyzed in detail. The difference of the fire hazard levels in each individual public gathering place can be dis- played by the regulation factor K. By using fire hazard indicators, we have built up a fire hazard evaluation model, which are supported by the particular fire data. The model we have developed can be applied for preparing fire hazard evaluation and fire insurance premium regu- lations of such public gathering places.
