摘要 通过快速碳化试验,系统研究了水胶比、养护龄期和激发剂等因素对掺量为50%和60%的粉煤灰混凝土抗碳化性能的影响。研究结果表明:水胶比和养护龄期对其抗碳化性能的影响比较明显,尤其是在长期养护情况下;而激发剂对其影响并不明显。当养护龄期从28 d增到365 d时,对掺量为50%、60%的粉煤灰混凝土,其快速碳化28 d的碳化深度从9.3、13.7 mm分别降到6.7、9.0 mm,抗碳化性能明显改善。 Via an accelerated carbonation method,the effects of water-binder ratio,curing ages and activator on the carbonation characteristics of concrete with fly ash contents of 50% and 60% were investigated.The results showed that the water-binder ratio and curing age had an obvious effect on the carbonation resistance of fly ash concrete, specifically for long-term curing age,but activator almost had no effect.For the concrete with fly ash contents of 50% and 60% ,when the curing age was lengthen from 28 to 365 days,the carbonation depths of samples carbonized for 28 days decrease from 9.3 mm and 13.7 mm to 6.7 mm and 9.0 mm respectively,and its carbonation resistance could be improved obviously.
