摘要 从细观角度研究轻集料混凝土的动态损伤特性及损伤演化规律,对强度等级分别为LC30、LC40的全轻页岩陶粒混凝土棱柱体试件进行单轴受压下的声发射试验。试验结果表明:声发射参数振铃计数、能量、峰值频率与试件失稳破损过程各阶段存在对应关系,且页岩陶粒混凝土的声发射峰值频率可以用来判断混凝土的开裂对象;通过分析损伤过程中振铃计数的变化规律,建立了损伤变量与振铃计数之间的函数关系式;基于声发射三维空间定位技术,从细观上揭示了单轴受压下,页岩陶粒混凝土结构内部的损伤演化规律,即混凝土裂纹的萌生、发展、贯通的演化规律,对受载混凝土的内部结构变化有了更进一步的认识。 In order to study the dynamic damage characteristics and damage evolution law of lightweight aggregate concrete in the view of mesoscopic point,the acoustic emission test of full lightweight shale ceramsite aggregate concrete whose strength grade were LC30 and LC40 under uniaxial compression were processed. Research shows that it has corresponding relationship between the different failure damage stages and parameters of acoustic emission of counts,energy,peak frequency,instability. The peak frequency of the acoustic emission of shale concrete could be used to judge the cracking of concrete. Through the analysis of the change of counting process of damage,the function relation between the damage variable and ringing count is established. The damage evolution law of shale ceramsite concrete structure,namely the initiation,development and penetration of concrete crack has been found based on three-dimensional positioning of acoustic emission from the microscopic view and under the uniaxial compression,which further understands the internal structure change of the loaded concrete.
