摘要
对石菖蒲Acorus tatarinowii根茎的化学成分进行研究。应用硅胶,ODS,Sephadex LH-20,HPLC等各种色谱技术进行分离和纯化,采用NMR等谱学方法鉴定结构。从石菖蒲根茎的95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为tatanone A(1),水菖蒲酮(2),菖蒲螺酮烯(3),2-acetyloxyacoronene(4),菖蒲螺烯酮(5),α-细辛醚(6),β-细辛醚(7),顺式-甲基异丁香酚(8),甲基丁香酚(9),细辛醛(10),细辛酮(11),γ-细辛醚(12),5-羟甲基糠醛(13),galgravin(14)和桉脂素(15)。其中化合物1为新化合物,化合物3~5为首次从该属植物中分得。
Fifteen compounds were isolated from the rhizomes of Acorus tatarinowii by means of various chromatographic tech- niques such as silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 and preparative HPLC, and their structures were elucidated as tatanone A ( 1 ), calamusenone (2) , acoronene (3) , 2-acetyloxyacoronene (4) , acorenone (5) , α-asarone (6) , β-asarone (7) , 1,2-dimethoxy-4- ( 1 'Z- propenyl)benzene (8), methyleugenol (9), asarylaldehyde (10), acoramone (11), γ-asarnne (12), 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde (13) , galgravin (14) and eudesmin (15) on the basis of spectroscopic data analysis. Compound 1 was a new compound, and compounds 3-5 were separated from Acorus species for the first time.
