摘要
工程造价控制贯穿于EPC总承包项目的始终,而其中最关键的环节是设计阶段。本文结合我院承揽的EPC总承包项目--中国石油塔河分公司铁路专用线工程阐述了如何在设计阶段进行有效地工程造价控制,以实现设计、采购、施工的深度交叉,从而达到缩短建设周期,大幅节约项目投资的目的。
The project cost control is important in all phases of the EPC project from beginning to completion, and the most critical aspect is in the design stage. In this paper, the EPC contract hospital turnkey project-the Tahe branch of the China National Petroleum Corporation railway line project, this which would be as an example to discuss how to carry out the project cost control effectively in the design phase. So it will achieve the depth of the cross in the design, procurement, construction, so to shorten the construction period, significant savings in project investments.
