摘要
结合实践经验,对项目执行中的风险识别进行了分析总结,针对铁路总承包项目的实际,阐述了铁路工程项目的风险控制、风险自留和风险转移的经验方法,以期形成适合铁路EPC项目的风险管理体系。
Combining with practical experience, this paper carries on analysis and summary on risk identification in project implementation. In light of actual contract railway project, it expounds experienced methods about risk identification, risk retained, and risk transferring of railway engineering project, with a view to form risk management system fitting to railway EPC project.
