摘要
实效研究以患者为中心,关注患病的个体,追求实际临床效果,辅助患者作出医疗决策,强调研究结果的外推性。本文系统介绍了实效研究的研究目标、研究类型及带来的好处和面临的挑战,并结合中医临床研究的特点与现状,提出中医临床实效研究的设计与评价应贴近于"真实世界",一是尊重患者主观意愿,关注患者生存质量、心理功能;二是符合中医临床实践的特点,体现结果的可推广性;三是挖掘与继承名老中医临床诊疗经验,提升个体化诊疗水平。
Outcomes research insists on the concept of patient-centered focus on the ill person, and pursues the actual effectiveness ,which helps patients make informed health care decisions and emphasizes the extension of results. This paper systematically introduces the aims, common research types, benefits and challenges of Outcomes research. Given the practice characteristics and current situation of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） clinical research, we propose TCM clinical outcomes research should be close to＂ real world＂. Firstly, it is necessary to respect patients＇ subjective intention and pay attention to evaluation of therapeutic effect related to quality of life, psychology. Secondly, study design and evalution should be consistent with TCM clinical practice so as to show the extention of results. Thirdly, clinical experience from the veteran TCM doctors need to be mined and inherited,thus improving individualized diagnosis and treatment level.
