摘要
探讨翡翠珍珠纤维Modal纤维混纺涡流纱生产工艺。阐述了翡翠珍珠纤维和Modal纤维的性能特点,通过合理配置相关工艺、加强管理工作,成功纺制出翡翠珍珠纤维/Modal 50/50 19.7 tex混纺涡流纱,满足用户使用要求。认为,原料预处理、采用棉包混棉、三道并条、合理配置前纺工艺、优选涡流纺工艺参数以及加强运转操作管理是纺好该涡流纱的几个关键环节。
Processing of pearl modified Rousi fiber Modal fiber blended vortex yam was discussed. Performance characteristics of pearl modified Rousi fiber and Modal fiber were introduced. Through selecting related processing and strengthening management,pearl modified Rousi fiber/Modal fiber 50/50 19.7 tex blended vortex yarn can be spun suc- cessfully, the use demand can be reached. It is considered that the key points of the spinning are raw material pre-treat- ment, fiber bale blending, selection of three times doubling, optimization of preparatory processing and vortex spinning, strengthening of operational management.
