深圳市某机关公务员对健康素养短信满意度的分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析深圳市公务员对健康素养短信的满意度,探讨短信平台在健康素养提升中的作用和应用情况。方法采用方便抽样方法,对深圳市某机关公务员进行调查,调查工具为自制结构式问卷,采用无记名自填方式进行。结果很愿意/愿意通过免费接收短信形式获取健康知识的比例占90.91%,有83.34%调查对象认为短信很可靠/可靠。另外,认为健康素养短信对自身健康理念和行为方式起到改善作用的比例分别占89.40%和87.88%,对健康教育短信平台服务表示很满意/满意的比例占80.30%。结论接受过健康教育短信平台服务的对象对短信服务的满意度较高,但短信在篇幅及健康知识种类方面仍需进一步完善。 Objectives To explore the satisfaction about health literacy message and to investigate the effect and application of SMS platform for promoting health literacy among civil servants. Methods An anonymous question- naire survey was conducted among civil servant selected by convenience sampling method from Shenzhen authority. Results The total rate of willingness to receive health messages for free was 90.91%, and 83.34% of respondents believed the health message. Among the 66 respondents, 89.40% thought the message promoted their health belief and 87.88 % thought their behavior were improved respectively. And the SMS platform service satisfactory propor tion accounted for 80.30%. Conclusions The proportion of satisfaction among civil servants in Shenzhen was high, but the length and type of health message should be further perfected.
