摘要
天津职业技术师范大学按专业大类组建电类和机类卓越职教师资实验班,开展卓越职教师资培养。其人才培养的标准可概括为"热爱职教、品德高尚、基础扎实、专业面宽、技能突出、教学过硬"。在具体实施中,强调课程群建设,创新教学管理与学籍管理,注重过程监控。未来还需要不断地去发现影响教学质量的共性要素,并对现有各种资源要素进行精密的测算和优化配置,体现人才培养的个性特点。
According to the specialty categories, Tianjin University of Technology and Education established the experimen- tal class for excellent vocational teachers in the electronic specialties and mechanical specialties to cultivate excellent voca- tional education teachers. Their talents cultivation standards can be summarized as "enjoying vocational education, noble personal character, consolidating foundation, wide range, outstanding skill and perfect teaching". In the specific implement- ing process, the university highlights the establishment of curriculum group, innovates the teaching management and the students' information management as well as pays attention to the process monitoring. In the future development, the uni- versity needs to continuously seek the common elements affecting the teaching quality, critically measure and calculate the current resources elements as well as optimize the resources allocation, so as to reflect the characteristics of personali- ty of talents cultivation.
