摘要
目的明确闽东畲药芝兰青(浙江蜡梅叶)挥发油的主要成分。方法按照《中国药典》2010年版的方法提取芝兰青挥发油,采用气相-质谱(GC-MS)联用仪分析其挥发油的成分。结果鉴定了其中51个成分,占挥发油总量的62.21%,其中含量高于1%有17个,以桉叶醇(17.13%)含量最高,其他主要是萜类化合物。结论本法分离效果良好,所鉴定组分较准确,对芝兰青(浙江蜡梅叶)的开发应用研究有一定的参考价值。
Objective To identify the compositions of essential oil from Zhilanqing (Chimonanthus Zhejiangnsis). Methods The essential oil was extracted from Zhilanqing through steam distillation method according to 2010 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. GC-MS was used for the determination of essential oil. Results 51 constituents were iden- tified, which constituted 62.21% of the total amount, the contents of 17 compounds were over 1%. Eucalyptol was the richest (17.13%), other important components were characterized to be terpenes. Conclusion The experiment con- ducted in our laboratory with the essential oil show that it is a simple, rapid, eftcient, inexpensive and with good re- peatab ility and recovery. It is excellent to separate and determine the component of essential oil from Zhilanqing (Chimonanthus Zhejiangnsis). And offer reference value in the development and application study of the volatile oil.
