摘要
采用同时蒸馏萃取法提取云南玉溪香椿果中挥发性成分并用气相色谱-质谱法对提取物进行化学成分分析。从提取物中共鉴定出69种化合物,占总峰面积的65.31%,质量分数达到1.0%以上的有18种物质。其挥发性成分以烯烃类化合物为主。与已报道的平原地区所产香椿果相比较,其中35种化合物,占总峰面积的38.88%,仅在云南玉溪香椿子中出现。
Volatile oils were extracted from Toona sinensis fruits grown in Yuxi, Yunnan Province by simultaneous steam distillation extraction (SDE), and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) for chemical composition. A total of 69 volatile components were identified in Toona sinensis fruit extracts and together accounted for 65.31% of the total peak area, and contents of 18 constituents were over 1%. The major components were alkene. Compared produces from plain area, the aroma components were different, 35 constituents from Toona sinensis in Yunnan Yuxi, which accounted for 38.88% of total peak area, were identified.
