多孔柞蚕丝素支架的制备及其在药物缓释中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 采用冷冻干燥法制备了多孔柞蚕丝素支架,分析了丝素溶液浓度与支架孔径、孔隙率之间的关系,并研究了多孔柞蚕丝素支架负载5-氟尿嘧啶的缓释性能.研究表明,当丝素浓度较低时,支架中的孔洞分布较为均匀,孔径和孔隙率也较大,而随着丝素溶液浓度增大,支架的孔径和孔隙率逐渐减小;支架的药物释放过程可分为快速释放和缓慢释放两个阶段. A porous tussah silk fibroin scaffold was prepared by freeze drying. The relationship between tussah silk fibroin concentration and pore size and porosity was analyzed. The drug release performance of the scaffold with 5-FU was also investigated. It was shown that the scaffold possessed even pore distribution, large pore size and porosity when tussah silk fibroin concentration was low. Pore size and porosity decreased with the increase of tussah silk fibroin concentration. The drug release process was divided into two stages: rapid release stage and slow release stage.
