摘要
探讨了疲劳耐久性理论在混凝土泵车设计中的应用流程及方法,提出了泵车结构件一体化疲劳分析技术,并基于高强钢材料S-N试验及Miner线性累计损伤法则,研究了臂架有限元疲劳寿命预测及疲劳试验方法,最后通过实例说明了臂架等寿命优化设计过程,对改变产品结构静强度设计为等寿命设计提供了方法。
The application process and method of fatigue dura- bility theory in concrete pump truck design is discussed in the pa- per, structure-Integration analyzing technology of concrete pump truck is proposed as well. Based on S - N curve test of high-tensile steel and miner linear accumulation damage principle, the finite el- ement fatigue life predetermination and test method of boom frame are researched, finally its iso-fatigue life design process is illustra-ted by means of examples, so it ic strength design to iso-fatigue is a way for changing structure star- life design, providing a method for changing static strength design of product structure to iso life de- sign
