试论燕子崖石料场开采的安全监理工作

On Safety Supervision Work of Mining at Yanziya Quarry

摘要 龙开口水电站燕子崖石料场位于高陡边坡区域,开采区与其西北侧下方的砂石生产系统场地高差超过700m,且料场三面临空,边坡陡峭,陡崖岩体卸荷裂隙发育。在料场开采和爆破震动的情况下,可能存在边坡失稳的隐患,对其下方的砂石加工系统产生重大影响。本文从监理工作的角度出发,重点论述安全的重要性、安全技术控制及其管理措施,并对现场安全事项提出相应要求,确保料场安全、有序的开采,同时提高监理控制水平。 The altitude difference between the mining area of Yanziya Quarry and the sandstone production site below its northwestern side exceeds 700m, and three sides of Yanziya Quarry face the air, the side slope is steep and the rock mass of the steep slope has developed relief joint. In case of mining and vibration of blasting, the hidden danger of slope instability may exist. This article, from the aspect of supervision work, focuses on the control and management measures for safety technology and the importance of safety technology, and raises corresponding thoughts and suggestions for the field safety issues, to improve the supervision control level and ensure the safe and orderly mining of the quarry.
