摘要
针对沿海挡潮闸地理环境、工况条件和功能要求的特殊性,结合江苏省盐城市水利工程管理处所属工程加固改造的实践,从结构、施工、运行三大方面阐述了安全技术控制措施,说明在沿海挡潮闸加固改造中,结构稳定安全是前提,施工作业安全是保障,工程运行安全是根本所在。
According to the special geological environment,engineering condition and function requirement of the storm surge barriers and based on the practice of Division of Water Resources Project Management of Yancheng City in Jiangsu Province,this paper elaborates the technical safety control measures from structure,construction and operation.It explains that stability and safety of structures are the preconditions,safety of construction activities is the guarantee and safety of project operation is the essence in the reinforcement of storm surge barriers.
