大黄中蒽甙类成分积累动态的研究 被引量:1

STUDY ON VARIATIONS OF FIVE ANTHRAGLUCOSIDES IN RHUBARB

摘要 应用高压液相色谱法测定大黄1~5年不同生长年限、植株不同发育阶段、植株不同部分中番泻甙A(SennosideA,SA),大黄酸-8-葡萄糖甙(Rhein-8-O-β-D-glucoside,R 8 G),大黄酸甙(Rheinoside)A(RA)、C(RC)、D(RD)等五种蒽甙类成分的含量。结果表明:(1)大黄随生长年限的延长,五种蒽甙类成分的总含量呈递增趋势,但第二年以后增加缓慢;(2)不同发育阶段中五种蒽甙的总量以果熟期为最高,(3)大黄的根系中五种蒽甙的总含量依下列顺序递减:主根茎→细根→主根及支根→支根茎;茎部只含少量大黄酸甙D,叶不含任何蒽甙类成分。本研究有利于确定大黄合理的采收年限和季节,以及大黄资源的合理利用。 The contents of five anthraglucosides, viz. rheinoside A, C, D (RA, RC, RD), rhein-8-O-β-D-glucoside(R 8 G), sennoside A(SA) present in the rhizome of Rheum palmatum cultivated in Longxian,Shaanxi Province and collected at different plant age (1st~5 th year), different growth phase (germi-nating, flowering, fruit ripening and withering) and different parts of the plant(main rhizome, branchrhizome, main root, branch root, small root, stem and leaves) were determined by a HPLC method. The results are shown as in the following: 1. The contents of five anthraglucosides increase withthe plant age (1st~5 th year). These samples do not contain rheinoside C and the contents of rheino-side A are rather low. 2. The total content of five anthraglucosides in the rhizomes collected at fourdifferent growth phases are in the following order: fruit ripening>withering>flowering>germinating.The contents of rheinoside A and sennoside A are higher at fruit ripening phase than that at othergrowth phases. The contents of rheinoside D, rhein-8-O-β-D-glucoside and sennoside A at witheringphase are higher than that in the germinating and flowering phases. Rheinoside A is absent at thegerminating phase, and rheinoside C is absent at the fruit ripening phase. 3. The contents of theseanthraglucosides in diferent parts of the plant are in the following order: main rhizome>small root>main root>branch root>branch rhizome>stem. It is noteworthy that rheinoside C is absent in rhizome,the stem contains only a small amount of theinoside D, and the leaves do not contain any of the fiveanthraglucosides. The above conclusions are of value to decide the rational plant age, parts of the plant and seasonfor the collection and resource utilization of rhubarb.
