摘要
目的探讨同步放化疗治疗中晚期食管鳞癌的疗效及不良反应。方法经病理确诊的中晚期食管鳞癌患者68例随机分为两组:放化疗组35例,同步采用放疗和化疗;放疗组33例,仅接受单纯放疗。结果放化疗组总有效率为88.57%,明显高于放疗组的69.69%(P<0.05)。放化疗组1、2和3年生存率分别为65.71%(23/35)、48.57%(17/35)和25.71%(9/35),明显高于放疗组的57.57%(19/33)、27.27%(9/33)和18.18%(6/33)(P<0.05)。放化疗组Ⅰ-Ⅱ度骨髓抑制发生率40.0%,明显高于放疗组的12.12%(P<0.01);放化疗组Ⅰ-Ⅲ度恶心、呕吐发生率91.43%,亦明显高于放疗组的45.45%(P<0.01)。结论同步放化疗能提高中晚期食管鳞癌疗效,但不良反应也明显增加。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and toxicity of concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy（CRCT） for advanced esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 68 patients with locally advanced esophageal squamous carcinoma was divided into two groups of A（35 cases treated with CRCT） and B（33 cases treated with radiotherapy alone）.The efficacy and toxicity of two groups were compared.Results The effectiveness rate was higher in group A than that in group B（88.57% vs.69.69%）（P0.05）.The 1-,2-and 3-year survival rates were 65.71%,48.57% and 25.71% in group A,which were higher than 57.57%,27.27% and 18.18% in group B（P0.05）.The adverse responses were higher in group A than those in group B.Conclusion The efficacy of CRCT is better than that of radiotherapy alone in the treatment of advanced esophageal carcinoma,but with increased adverse responses.
