急性冠状动脉综合征患者血清炎性因子的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究血清白细胞黏附分子CD11b/CD18、C反应蛋白(CRP)、可溶性血管内皮细胞黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)和可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)等炎性因子与急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者的相关性。方法选择2008年6月至2011年6月ACS患者111例,不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)53例为UAP组,急性心肌梗死(AMI)58例为AMI组,选择同期健康体检者45例作为对照组,比较3组的血清白细胞黏附分子CD11b/CD18、CRP、sVCAM-1和sICAM-1等炎性因子水平。结果 UAP组和AMI组的血清CD11b/CD18双阳性表达率、CRP、sVCAM-1以及sICAM-1均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 CD11b/CD18、CRP、sV-CAM-1和sICAM-1等炎性因子与ACS密切相关,并且是ACS患者发生不良心脏事件(MACE)的重要危险因子。 Objective To investigate the potential correlation of inflammatory factors including serum leukocyte adhesion mole- cules CDllb/CD18, C-reactive protein(CRP), soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (sVCAM-1) and soluble intercellular adhe- sion molecule-l(sICAM-1) with acute coronary syndrome(ACS). Methods 111 patients with ACS from June 2008 to June 2011 were selected and divided into two groups, the unstable angina peetoris(UAP) group(n= 53) and the acute myocardial infarction (AMI) group(n= 58). And 45 individuals with healthy physical examination were selected as the control group. After 3 months,the serum levels of CDllb/CD18,CRP,sVCAM-1 and sICAM-1 were compared among the three groups. Results The double positive expression rate of CD11b/CD18,CRP,sVCAM-1 and sICAM-1 in the UAP and AMI groups were higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion CDllb/CD18,CRP,sVCAM-1 and sICAM-1 are closely correlated with ACS and the important risk factors for the ACS patients happening major adverse cardiac events(MACE).
