摘要
研究分析了污水处理工艺,设计了适用于中小城镇污水处理的氧化沟污水处理工艺流程。采用西门子S7-300系列的PLC搭建污水处理控制硬件系统,建立了包括上位机计算机、PLC以及现场控制设备在内的总体控制系统,运用SIMATIC STEP7V5.4和组态王工控软件实现控制系统的软件设计,完成了中小城镇污水处理控制系统的设计。
Based on the wastewater treatment process, all oxidation ditch wastewater treatment process used for small and medium-sized urban wastcwater treatment was designed. The hardware of the wastewatcr treatment control system was built by use of Siemens S7-300 series of PLC, which included the host computer, PLC and field control equipment. The software based on SIMATIC STEP7 VS. 4 and KingView was designed, too.
