摘要
目的观察复方安心方治疗糖尿病心血管病变心虚络阻证的疗效及副反应。方法将患者随机分为两组,对照组采用西医常规诊疗,治疗组加用复方安心方,比较临床症状积分、心电图、心率变异性信号、血脂、血糖、糖化血红蛋白等的改善情况。结果组内前后症状积分、心电图、心率变异性信号、血脂、血糖、糖化血红蛋白等方面均明显改善,组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论复方安心方治疗糖尿病心血管病变心虚络阻证的疗效显著,依从性好且安全价廉。
Objective： To objective the effect and side effect of Anxin Decoction on diabetic cardiopathy（Xinxuluozu syndrome）.Methods： Patients were randomly divided into two groups.Control group were treated with western routine therapies,while treatment group were given Anxin Decoction besides.The improvement of scores of clinical symptom,electrocardiogram,heart rate variability signal,blood lipid,blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin of both groups were compared.Results： The scores of clinical symptom,electrocardiogram,heart rate variability signal,blood lipid,blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin of both groups were improved obviously,while no statistical difference was shown between the two groups.Conclusion： Anxin Decoction has definite therapeutic effect on diabetic cardiopathy（Xinxuluozu syndrome）,with good compliance and safety.
