摘要
以磺酸、丙烯酸类聚合物及磺甲基化酚醛树脂为例,研究了高温高盐条件下3种聚合物的溶解性与降滤失性能,并对其降滤失机理进行了分析。结果表明,在高温高盐条件下,较强的去水化作用会使水溶性聚合物分子链发生蜷曲,导致聚合物分子疏水作用增强直至发生聚集而析出,析出的聚合物胶粒同样具有降滤失的作用,进一步完善了高温高盐条件下聚合物的降滤失机理。
The solubility and filtration performances of three kinds of polymers sulfonic acid,acrylic polymer and sulfomethylation phenolic resin are studied under conditions of high temperature and salinity.The results show that under the conditions of that,the molecular chains will curl,and eventually the polymer will aggregate and precipitate with hydrophobic interaction.Furthermore,polymer particles produced by precipitation also can reduce filtration rate,which the mechanism of filtration control of polymer under conditions of high temperature and salinity is improved.
