摘要
工业化制备了一种磺甲基酚醛树脂P-SMP并测试了它在聚磺钻井液体系中的性能.同时,P-SMP的分子结构通过元素分析和凝胶渗透色谱得到表征.结果表明P-SMP是一种聚合度为1~3的磺化羟甲基苯酚低聚物的混合物.P-SMP分子结构中的硫元素含量与SMP-Ⅰ相当,而氧元素含量明显比SMP-Ⅰ高.这意味着P-SMP拥有更多的羟甲基。多羟基和低的平均相对分子量是P-SMP比SMP-Ⅰ具有更加优异的抗高温降滤失性和降黏性的根本原因.尤其是在150℃以上温度使用时,P-SMP效果更好.P-SMP低聚物已经在西门1井钻探中得到成功应用.
A sulfomethylated phenolic resin(P-SMP)was prepared industrially and characterized by the elemental analysis and the gel permeation chromatography.Simultaneously,its properties in the polysulfonate drilling fluid were tested.The results showed that the P-SMP is the blends of sulfonated hydroxymethyl phenol of various polymerization degrees(1 to 3).Oxygen amounts of the P-SMP are higher than those of SMP-Ⅰof comparable sulfur content,indicating that the P-SMP possesses the more abundant hydroxymethyl.As the combined result of polyhydroxy and lower average relative molecular weight,the P-SMP improved filtration and viscosity reduction properties at high temperature.Especially above 150℃,the properties of the P-SMP excell those of SMP-Ⅰ.The P-SMP oligomer was applied successfully in ximen 1 well.
