摘要
本文基于我国公共卫生服务供给与需求的统计数据,分析了公共卫生服务资源配置现状,提出了公共卫生服务供给中需要解决供给不足、城乡发展不均衡和医疗服务可及性差等问题。同时,从多中心治理理论出发,研究了多中心治理的公共卫生服务供给模式,并进一步探讨了公共卫生服务的多中心供给实施机制。
