摘要
根据摇臂技术条件要求 ,确定了等温成形工艺为最佳成形工艺方案。介绍在 5× 1 0 4 k N液压机上实现新工艺时模具结构特性。经工艺试验确定了变形温度约为 4 50℃、应变速率为 8.1× 1 0 - 4 s- 1~ 5.5× 1 0 - 3s- 1、较佳的坯料形状、尺寸及润滑剂。分析了该模锻件产生缺陷的原因和消除缺陷的方法。用新工艺研制的锻件冶金质量符合 AIR3 3 85、Z9-J冶 -3 2 4、Z9-J冶 -3 2 5技术条件要求 ,并且锻件的冶金质量有所提高 ,满足了生产要求。
According to the technical standard of a rockerarm forging, the isothermal forming is sure of the best forming process. This paper briefly describes the structure characteristics of die for the purpose of realizing new craft in the 5×10 4kN hydraulic machine. Through experiments,the better blank shape and lubricant are given when the distortion temperature is at 450℃ and the distortion strain rate is of 8.1×10 -4 s -1 ~5.5×10 -3 s -1 . The paper analyses the workpiece defect and advances a new method which is applied to eliminate defect. The new workpiece produced by new pocess meets the criterions which include AIR3385, Z 9-J 冶-324 and Z 9-J 冶-325. The metallurgy quality of the workpiece which has been used in practice has been improved.
