7075铝合金防扭臂下接头等温体积成形工艺的研究 被引量:4

摘要 根据防扭臂下接头锻件技术条件要求, 确定了等温成形工艺为最佳成形工艺方案。文中简要介绍了在5×104kN 液压机上实现新工艺时模具结构特性。经工艺试验确定了变形温度约为430℃, 应变速率为11×10- 3S- 1~72×10- 3S- 1, 及较佳的坯料形状、尺寸及润滑剂。本文分析了该模锻件产生缺陷的原因和消除缺陷的方法。用新工艺研制的锻件冶金质量符合AIR3385、Z9- J冶- 324、Z9- J冶- 325 技术条件要求, 并且锻件的冶金质量有所提高, 满足了生产要求。 According to the technique requirement of the anti torque arm lower joint forging,the isothermal forming is sure of the best forming process.This paper briefly describes the structure character of die for the purpose of realizing new process in the 5×10 4kN hydraulic machine.Through experiment,the paper gives the better blank shape and lubricant when the deformation temperature is 430℃ and the deformation strain rate is 1 1×10 -3 S -1 ~7 2×10 -3 S -1 .The paper analyses the workpiece defect and advances a new method,which is applied to eliminate defect.The workpiece formed with the new process meets the standard which include AIR3385,Z 9 J 冶 324 and Z 9 J 冶 325.The metallurgy quality of the workpiece,which has been used in practice improves.
