摘要
为模拟淮河流域主要水工程运行情况及水资源供需保证程度,基于"多水源—多用户"的水资源配置方案,采用了一种水工程系统模拟模型,通过编写可视化软件对规划年份和实际运行年份两种工况进行水工程系统联合运行模拟及多个参数的设定,提高了模型的可调节性。模拟结果表明,该模型模拟效果良好,适用性强,区域各需水部门供水保证程度均在80%以上,其中城乡生活需水保证程度基本达到100%,各类水工程运行状况良好,其作用得到了充分发挥。
In order to simulate the operation condition of water engineering and water resource supply and demand guarantee degree of the Huaihe basin,water engineering system simulation model is put forward based on the "multi-source and multi-user" of water resources allocation scheme.The model realizes water engineering system simulation form two aspects of the plan year and the actual operation year by writing the visualization software and setting the multiple parameters,which improved the adjustability of the system.The results show that the simulation effect of the model is good with strong applicability;the water supply guarantee degree of regional water demand departments are all above 80%;especially,the water demand guarantee degree of city and countryside life reach 100% basically;various types of water projects run in good condition and it plays the role fully.
