摘要
目的:探讨芪参蛭龙散对阿尔茨海默病(AD)的防治作用及机理。方法:对拟AD小鼠以芪参蛭龙散及脑复康等治疗,以方形水迷宫、高架十字迷路观察治疗后AD小鼠学习、记忆和对安全与危险环境识别能力的影响,并测定小鼠大脑组织中乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)和SOD活性及含量。结果:芪参蛭龙散在改善AD小鼠学习记忆能力和降低AD小鼠大脑组织中AchE优于脑复康;改善对危险与安全环境识别能力与脑复康无显著差异;在提高小鼠大脑组织中SOD活力方面不及脑复康。结论:以补气活血通络法组方的芪参蛭龙散对拟AD小鼠有治疗和保护作用,其作用机制可能与降低脑组织中AchE和提高SOD活力有关。
Objective :To discuss the function and mechanism of QiShenZhiLong Powder (QSZLP) treating Alzheimer Disease.Methods:Dif- ferent groups AD mice were fed QSZLP or Piracetam. Afterwards, we tested the result by way of, Square Water Maze, Elevated Cross Maze as well as Acetylcholin esterase (AchE) and Superoxide Dismutase (SOD)of AD mice's brain tissue.Results :QSZLP has better func- tion than Piracetam in the field of improving AD mice learning memory as well as reduce the Ache in the brain tissue. It is no difference to identify danger environment between QSZLP and Piracetam.But the ability of QSZLP to increase the SOD of mice brain tissue showed lower performance than the Piracetam. Conclusion QSZLP's core value -- Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation can effec- tively cure AD, its mechanism is very possible related to reduce the AchE in the brain tissue and increase the vitality of SOD.
