摘要
应用快速老化痴呆模型小鼠SAM -P/8和正常老化对照小鼠SAM -R/1 ,从十字高架迷路实验、活动度实验、穿梭箱实验及老化度评分等方面观察其行为学的增龄性变化。研究结果表明 :与SAM -R/1小鼠相比 ,SAM -P/8小鼠随增龄老化度评分、活动度等明显增高 ;在高架迷路实验中 ,随增龄SAM -P/8小鼠进入危险区域的次数、时间及距离明显增加 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;在穿梭箱实验中 ,SAM -P/8非条件反射次数、潜伏时间、延迟时间均明显延长 (P <0 .0 1 )。本研究提示 :SAM -P/8具有成熟期过后( 4~ 6月 )迅速老化的生物学特征 ,在老化度、学习记忆能力及认知功能等方面出现规律性的、一致而明显的增龄性变化 ;学习记忆力障碍、低恐怖不安状态为SAM
? In this study, we used senescence accelerated dementia mouse SAM-P/8 and the normal aging control mouse SAM-R/1 to investigate the age-related changes of behavior with aging degree scores cross overhead labyrinth test、 activity ability test、 to-and-fro test. The results showed that, the aging degree scores and the activity ability of SAM-P/8 mice were higher than that of SAM-R/1 mice significantly ( P <0.01) with age-increasing; in crossed overhead labyrinth test, for SAM-P/8 mice the times、 duration and distance of entering the dangerous areas were longer than those of SAM-R/1 mice with age-increasing ( P <0.01); in to-and-fro test, for SAM-P/8 mice the time of non-conditioned reflex, latent period, delaying duration were longer than that of R/1 mice ( P <0.01). The results indicated that: SAM-P/8 mice had accelerated senescence characteristics after mature period (4-6 month), which showed regular and obvious age-related changes on aging degree, learning and memory ability and cognitive function. The disorders of learning and memory, low, terror state were the main changes on behavior in SAM-P/8 mice.
