摘要
对231个组织中6414名知识员工的问卷调查发现:组织在对不同岗位类别的知识员工进行绩效考核时,在考评方法、考评者、考评周期、考评单元的选择上存在明显差异。针对上述问题,对知识员工的考核以及如何提升考核效果提出了相应的建议。
This paper show that the organization in the different position category of knowledge employees'performance eval- uation, the evaluation method, the appraiser, appraisal cycle, appraisal unit on the choice of obvious difference. In view of the above questions, in this paper, the knowledge staff's performance evaluation and how to improve evaluation effect puts forward corresponding suggestions.
