摘要
提出了研发人员工作满意度与绩效关系的四条假设,实证研究结果表明,外在工作满意度导致任务绩效,任务绩效导致内在工作满意度,内、外在工作满意度共同导致关联绩效的积极变化。同时,外在工作满意度对任务绩效的作用力小于任务绩效对内在工作满意度的作用力,内在工作满意度对关联绩效的作用力大于外在工作满意度。
This paper firstly proposed four assumptions on the relationship between job satisfaction and performance of R&D workers, and then made an empirical research on the assumptions. The result shows that: to the task performance, extrinsic job satisfaction induces performance which in turn induces intrinsic job satisfaction, and the former influence exceeds the latter; to the contextual performance, intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction both induces contextual performance,and the former influence exceeds the latter.
