摘要
指标的赋权已成为影响工程项目管理(EPM)效果的重要因素。为了提升EPM的水平,针对现有指标赋权法所存在的问题,结合EPM的特点及其实际需求,本文提出了基于差异度排比(ECDD)技术的指标赋权法。该方法以属性重要量理论和差异度理论为基础,通过广义Likert量表获取所需的信息和数据后,针对任意指标的重要量和指标向量间的差异度,分别采用级权和值法以及离差附级和值法加以确定;然后利用差异度排比技术进行指标的判别和约简;在此基础上,计算并得到各个指标的权重。研究结果表明,该方法不仅能够充实和完善EPM理论,而且能够有效解决EPM指标的赋权问题,且具有很强的普适性。因此,该方法具有重要的理论价值和深远的现实意义。
The present methods to determine the index weight have some shortcomings when applied to Engineering Project Management (EPM). In view of this, combining features and demands of EPM, a new method to determine the index weight is presented. The method is based on Attribute Importance Degree and Difference Degree theories. After the data and information needed is ob- tained through generalized Likert Scale, the importance and difference can be figured out by the in- tegration of numerical value with weight and the summation of dispersion with grade, respectively; indexes can be judged and eliminated through the technique of Exclude & Compare Difference De- gree (ECDD). Based on these, the index weight can be calculated. In addition, the research re- suits show that the new method not only enriches EPM theory, but also resolves the problem to deter- mine the index weight in EPM effectively. The new method can be applied to other areas. There- fore, the method has theoretical value and reality significance.
