摘要
提出剔除与中位数偏超过一定值的数据,然后求平均数的方法,与“去掉一个最高分和去掉一个最低分求平均数”相比,该方法有效去掉极端数据的影响,用于招标评标,更具科学性和合理性,文中给出了具体的实例分析。
Comparing the method of first eliminating the deviation from median if it exceeds a certain value and then getting the mean value, and the method of first eliminating the highest and lowest scores and then getting the mean value, the former method can effectively eliminate the effects of extreme data. It is more scientific and reasonable to adopt it in tendering process. Detailed example is analyzed in this paper.
