摘要
采用向电感充放电的方法用于磁环电感值的测量。通过分析镍锌磁环电感的电桥测量值、理论计算值与单片机测量出的放电时间所求得的电感值三者的关系,证明了对于磁环磁芯材料,电感L与匝数的平方成正比,并且当磁环磁导率在1000以下时,向镍锌磁环电感充放电所测得的电感值能较准确的反映镍锌电感本身的感值,相对测量偏差小于10%。
This paper applies the method of measuring the magnet ring inductance by charging or discharging me in- ductor. By analyzing the relationship among of the bridge measured value and the theory calculation value of the Ni-Zn magnet ring inductance and the inductance value based on the discharge time which is measured by MCU, this paper proves that in the material of the magnet ring and magnet core, inductance L is related with the square of the number of the turns positively, and when the magnet ring magnetic conductivity under the thousand, the inductance value measured by Ni-Zn magnet ring inductance charge or discharge can more exact reflect the value of the Ni-Zn induct- ance itself with relative measurement bias less than 10%.
