摘要
目的研究2型糖尿病的高效造模方案。方法采用高糖高脂与链脲佐菌素联用制作糖尿病模型,通过大鼠血糖和生活表现来评定方案的优缺性。结果高糖高脂饲料按比例喂养后,加用链脲佐菌素腹腔注射多次,可很好的在大鼠中建立2型糖尿病模型。结论高糖高脂联合链脲佐菌素可成功制作糖尿病模型。
Objective To explore the efficient method for establishment of type 2 diabetic model.Methods The diabetic model was established by feeding high-sugar,high-fat diet,combined with intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin.Blood glucose and general living performance were used to assess the method.Results High-sugar,high-fat diet in combination with multiple intraperitoneal injection of STZ can establish successfully the model of type 2 diabetes in rats.Conclusion The diabetic model can be successfully produced by high-sugar,high-fat diet combined with streptozotocin.
