摘要
肉苁蓉属于列当科植物,味甘、咸,性温,归肾、大肠经,素有“沙漠人参”之称。中医治疗“痴呆”多以补肾为主,肉苁蓉具有补肾阳、益精血、润肠通便之效,历代医家将其视为益智之佳品。肉苁蓉含有松果菊苷、毛蕊花糖苷及肉苁蓉多糖等多种化学成分,能够发挥抗氧化、清除自由基、抑制神经细胞凋亡等作用,从而改善认知功能。文章从肉苁蓉的化学成分及作用机制研究两方面来具体阐述其对认知功能的改善作用,为临床应用提供科学的理论依据。
Cistanche deserticola belongs to the Ledangaceae plant,which has the effect of tonifying kidney and nourishing essence.That it contains a variety of chemical components such as echinoside,crocinoside and Cistanche deserticola polysaccharide,which can exert antioxidant,scavenging free radicals,inhibiting nerve cell apoptosis and other functions,thus improving cognitive function.In this paper,the chemical components and mechanism of Cistanche deserticola were studied to expatiate the improvement of cognitive function and to provide scientific theoretical basis for clinical application.
