摘要
自我导向学习作为新生代农民工提高文化素质、技能水平的重要学习模式,对于个体发展和学习型社会建设都具有重要意义。因此,基于个人责任取向模型,本文从个人责任、支持系统以及社会情境等方面提出促进新生代农民工自我导向学习的策略。
As a matter learning pattern to improve the new generation of migrant worker＇s cultural quality and skill levels, Self - directed Learning plays an important role in individual development and the new countryside construction. So, based on the model of personal responsibility orientation, offering several measures to promote the new generation of migrant worker＇s self-directed learning from these sides： personal responsibility, supporting system and social context.
