摘要
采用室内试验探讨Sasobit添加剂对温拌排水沥青混合料的拌合、击实温度以及性能的影响。结果表明,掺加Sasobit后,沥青胶结料的高温稳定性得到提高,未掺加Sasobit正常温度拌和的沥青混合料与掺加添加剂降低拌和成型温度的沥青混合料相比,水稳定性基本保持不变,但是沥青混合料高温稳定性提高较大。因此,添加Sasobit于排水沥青混合料中,可以使得其拌和与击实温度降低20℃的前提下,排水沥青路面的性能仍满足规范要求。所以把温拌技术应用于排水路面的设想是完全可以实现的。
This study tries to explore the effects of Sasobit additive on the mixing, compaction temperature and road performance of warm mix porous asphalt through indoor tests. Test results indicate that the high temperature stability of asphalt with Sasobit increases, while changes of water stability of mixtures with Sasobit are not obvious. The study shows that compared with ordinary asphalt mixture, the mixing compaction temperature of Sasobit asphalt mixture decreases by 20℃, which can still meet the requirements of the specification. So the application of warm mix technique to porous pavement may be realized completely.
