摘要
为了研究沙索必德(Sasobit)对高黏沥青及沥青混合料性能的影响,试验了不同掺量比下Sasobit温拌剂对高黏沥青性能的影响,获得了最佳Sasobit掺量比。在最佳掺量比下,进一步对比分析了温拌OGFC-13排水沥青混合料及热拌OGFC-13排水沥青混合料的路用性能。试验结果表明:Sasobit提高了沥青的软化点、高温黏度,降低了其低温黏度、针入度及延度。试验对比分析得到Sasobit最佳掺量比为2.5%,此时,能够获得很好的高黏沥青的高温稳定性以及抗车辙性能。Sasobit温拌OGFC-13排水沥青混合料和热拌OGFC-13排水沥青混合料相比,前者对水稳定性、低温抗裂性影响较小,高温稳定性提高了约7%。
To study the effects of Sasobit on high viscosity asphalt and its mixture performance,the effects of Sasobit on high viscosity asphalt performance under different dosage were researched. The optimum dosage of Sasobit was obtained based on the experimental method. The pavement performance of Sasobit warm-mixture open graded friction course-13( OGFC-13) was compared with the pavement performance of hot-mixture OGFC-13 under optimal dosage Sasobit. The results show that the Sasobit improves the asphalt softening point and asphalt viscosity at high temperature,but reduces the low temperature viscosity,penetration and ductility.The sasobit optimum dosage is 2. 5%,which greatly improves high temperature stability and rutting resistance of high viscous asphalt. Compared with the hot-mixture OGFC-13,the warm-mixture OGFC-13 low temperature cracking resistance and the water stability are decreased slightly,but the high temperature stability is increased by approximately 7%.
