摘要
目的:研究红花黄色素及双亚酸单用和二者不同比例合并使用的抗血栓作用。方法:观察双亚酸、红花黄色素以及合并后低、中、高3个剂量组对小鼠血栓块的溶解率的影响。以酶联免疫吸附法检测大鼠血浆中血栓素B2(TXB2)、6酮前列腺素F1a(6-Ke-PGF1a)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)的含量。结果:各实验组均能增加小鼠血栓块的溶解率,降低TXB2、PGE2含量和增加6-Ke-PGF1a的含量,且红花黄色素与双亚酸合并后各剂量组的作用强于红花黄色素和双亚酸单用。结论:红花黄色素、双亚酸及合并后低、中、高3个剂量组均具有抗血栓作用,且合并后的作用高于其单独作用。
Objective: To explore the antithrombotic effect and mechanisms of dual sub-acid and safflor yellow as well as the combination at various ratios. Methods: In order to observe the effects of dual sub-acid, satflor yellow and the combination on dissolving rate of blood clots in rats. ELISA was used to measure TXB2, 6-Ke-PGFla and PGE2 of each group. Results: The dissolving rate of blood clots was increased in the treatment groups. Meanwhile, the levels of TXB2 and PGE2 in the treatment groups revealed a distinctive reduction, and 6-Ke-PGFla exhibited an obvious increase. Moreover, the combinatorial application of dual sub-acid and saiflor yellow revealed an obvious synergistic effect on antithrombotic function. Conclusion: Dual sub-aci, satitor yellow and the combinatorial application play an important role in antithrombotic effect.
