摘要
研究了不同温度、光照及PEG-6000胁迫对并头黄芩种子萌发的影响。结果表明:光照时数对发芽率和发芽指数的影响不显著;温度对种子的萌发有显著的影响,发芽率和发芽指数均随着温度的升高而呈明显的上升趋势,而且在变温18~30℃、16 h/d光照下发芽率和发芽指数均最高;随着PEG-6000胁迫质量分数的提高,种子的发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数均呈显著的下降趋势;种子经过15 g/L的PEG-6000胁迫后复水,其发芽率达到最高的73.2%,且出苗整齐。
This paper studied the effects of temperature, illumination and PEG - 6000 stress on the seed germination of Scutel- laria scordifolia. The results showed that illumination time had no significant effects on the seed germination rate and germination in- dex; temperature had significant effects on the seed germination, both seed germination rate and germination index showed a obvious rising trend when temperature increased, and they were the highest under the conditions of diurnal temperature range 18 -30 ~C and 16 h illumination per day; along with the increase in PEG -6000 concentration, the seed germination rate, germination index and vigor index all showed a significant downward trend; when the seeds were irrigated after being stressed by 15 g/L PEG -6000, their germination rate reached 73.2% , and the seedlings came out evenly.
