摘要
为了探明黄芩种子发芽特性与温度以及光照的关系,采用6个温度梯度对黄芩种子在光照以及黑暗条件下进行处理,以期得到适宜黄芩种子发芽的条件,为中药黄芩的生产提供指导。结果表明,温度对黄芩种子的发芽有着显著的影响,在黑暗条件下黄芩种子的最适温度为25℃,其发芽率高达94.5%;光照条件下,20℃是其最适发芽温度,发芽率高达96.5%。基于二因素有重复试验统计分析可知,黄芩种子为光不敏感型。
To find out the relationship between Scutellaria seed germination characteristics and temperature and light condition,the paper used the Scutellariae seeds as materials,using six kinds of temperature to foster the seeds of Scutellariae in light and dark conditions,to get appropriate Scutellariae seed germination conditions,to guide the production of traditional Chinese medicine Scutellariae.The results showed that temperature had a significant effect on seed germination of Scutellaria baicalensh,Scutellaria seed in dark conditions optimum temperature was 25 ℃,the germination rate was up to 94.5%.In lighting condition,20 ℃ was the optimum germination temperature,the germination rate was up to 96.5%.Statistical analysis was based on two factors which had repeated trials,the germination rate of Scutellaria baicalensis was not sensitive to light
