摘要
采用计算机控制的热重量分析系统研究了碱金属氯化物对预氧化钛铁矿碳热还原反应的 协同催化作用.还原反应在非等温条件下进行,试验温度从50℃线性上升到1000℃.试验结果表明, 所有碱金属氯化物添加剂均能加速碳热还原反应.在添加量相同的条件下,二元碱金属氯化物的协 同催化比三元和四元协同催化的效果好,其中LiCl和CsCl的协同催化效应最显著.X-射线衍射结 果表明,碳热还原的主要反应为Fe2TiO5+TiO2+C=2F2TiO3+CO↑.
A study was carried out on the co-operative catalytic effect of alkali chlorides on the carbothermic reduction of pre-oxidized ilmenite by the use of a computer-monitored ther- mogravimetric analysis system. The reaction process was conducted nonisothermally, with the temperature being raised linearly from 50C to 1000℃ The experimental results show that all of the alkali chloride additives can accelerate the carbothermic reduction; under the same dosage, binary additive has a better co-operative catalytic effect than ternary and qua- ternary ones, with the effect of LiCl-CsCl additive topping all of them. It is clarified by X- ray diffraction that the dominant carbothermic reduction is Fe2TiO5+TiO2+C= 2FeTiO3+ CO↑
