摘要
以钛铁矿(FeTiO_3)为原料,经预氧化处理—碳或氧气还原—稀盐酸浸取除铁过程得到含TiO_295%以上的人造金红石。结果表明,最佳的氧化条件为80℃,1小时,用碳作还原剂时,还原条件为1000℃,5小时,矿、碳、助熔剂质量比为1:0.15:0.5.加入助熔剂NaCl可降低反应温度而利于反应的进行,用氧气作还原剂时,还原条件为900℃,3小时,氢气流量1.0cm ̄3/s。还原产物均用0.6mol/L盐酸溶液浸取除铁。
Ilmenite containing 50.65% of TiO_2 was preoxidized with air at 800℃ for 1h.The preoxidizedmaterial was reduced by coke at 1000℃ for 5h in the presence of NaCl or by H_2 at 900℃ for3h.Thse reduced product was leached with dilute HCl to produce an Fe free Rutile containingmore than 95% of TiO_2.
