摘要
研究发现,近年来美、英、印三国的学前教育发展呈现出以下共同动向:优先扶助处境不利儿童,切实推动学前教育普及;凸显学前教育公共属性,持续强化政府职责;国家举办学前教育项目,政府引领学前教育发展。
It is found by analyzing that the development of early childhood education in the United States, the United Kingdom and India has shown the following features and trends: giving priority to help disadvantaged children in order to effectively promote universal early childhood education, highlighting the public property of early childhood education,and continuing to strengthen the government's responsibilities, government holding early childhood education project to lead development of early childhood education.
