摘要
【目的】探究铅、镉胁迫对红麻种子的毒害效应,为红麻杂交一代F1应用和铅、镉耐性植物的筛选提供理论依据。【方法】以红麻细胞质雄性不育系P3A、恢复系992及其杂交F1为材料,设置不同Pb浓度(0~1000mg/kg)与Cd浓度(0~30mg/kg)组合处理,测定种子发芽各项指标。【结果】随着Pb、Cd单一及复合处理浓度的增加,3个红麻品种的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、简化活力指数均呈下降趋势。P3A、992的发芽势在Cd30mg/kg处理下有回升波动的现象。3个红麻品种中,F1发芽最好,P3A最差。【结论】综合考虑,可将Pb≤400mg/kg、Cd≤20mg/kg的处理浓度作为区分3个红麻品种萌发期耐铅、镉强弱的理想浓度。
[Objective]The present experiment aimed to explore the toxic effects of Pb and Cd stress on kenaf seed in order to provide theoretical references for the application of kenaf hybrid F1 and select Pb and Cd resistant plants.[Method]Seed germination indicators of kenaf cytoplasmic male-sterile(CMS) line P3A,restorer line 992,and their hybrid F1 were determined after being treated by a combination of Pb(0-1000 mg/kg)and Cd(0-30 mg/kg).[Result]With the increase of a single or combined Pb and Cd concentration,the germination energy,germination rate,germination index,vigor index,and simplified vigor index of the three kenaf varieties decreased.Germination energy of P3A and 992 rallied at Cd 30 mg/kg.Out of the three varieties,F1 exhibited the best germination,while P3A showed the worst.[Conclusion]In conclusion,concentration of Pb≤400 mg/kg and Cd≤20 mg/kg can be used to distinct lead and cadmium tolerance of the three kenaf varieties.
