企业视角下高职学生顶岗实习中的人力资源管理

摘要 工学结合、校企合作、顶岗实习的高职人才培养模式已成为高职教育的重要环节。从当前的实践来看,还存在许多亟待解决的问题。本文认为高职院校的顶岗实习只有政府大力扶持、学校科学组织、企业积极参与,才可能实现职业教育的良性发展,并从人力资源管理视角进行了简要分析,从企业角度旨在为提升高职实习生职业化管理水平研究提供借鉴,以期达到管理上的提升。 Higher vocational college talent training mode of work-study internship, school-enterprise cooperation, post practice has become an important link. From the current practice to see, there are still many problems to be solved. This paper holds that the higher vocational colleges field work should be strongly supported by the government, school science organization, enterprise actively participate in, is it possible to realize the positive development of vocational education, and from the perspective of human resource management are discussed briefly in the paper, from the Angle of enterprises so as to improve the management level of higher vocational interns professional research, to provide reference for the management of ascension.
