摘要
信息技术和网络经济的发展,使得学术电子期刊企业间的竞争上升为学术电子期刊供应链上的竞争。从供应链的角度审视学术电子期刊相关主体的竞争合作机制,基于以学术期刊出版商、数据库集成商和用户为主体的国内学术电子期刊供应链的网链结构模型,详细分析供应链上多元主体之间的纵向和横向竞争合作关系,为企业及政府正确认识和探索学术电子期刊的管理和运营模式提供理论支持和合理建议。
With the development of information technology and network economy,the competition among enterprises has risen for the competition among the supply chains.This paper looks at the competition and cooperation mechanism of subjects related to the scholarly electronic journals from the perspective of supply chain and constructs the supply chain network structure model of the domestic scholarly electronic journals with the academic journal publisers,database integrators and users as the main bodies.In addition,it detailedly analyzed the lateral and longitudinal competition-cooperation relations among the plural subjects on the supply chain,thus providing theoretical support and reasonable suggestions for enterprise and government correctly understanding and exploring the management and operation model of the scholarly electronic journals.
