摘要
目的研究参芪五味咀嚼片抗应激抗疲劳作用。方法通过小鼠耐缺氧、耐低温、耐高温实验,观察参芪五味咀嚼片抗应激作用;通过测定小鼠负重游泳时间、小鼠爬杆时间及对大鼠力竭游泳后血清乳酸、乳酸脱氢酶、尿素氮、肌糖原和肝糖原水平的影响,观察参芪五味咀嚼片抗疲劳的作用。结果参芪五味咀嚼片能明显延长小鼠断头张口喘气时间和低温存活时间,明显降低高温所致小鼠的死亡率,具有耐缺氧、耐寒冷、耐高温的抗应激作用;明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间及小鼠爬杆时间,明显降低大鼠力竭游泳后血清中乳酸、乳酸脱氢酶、尿素氮的含量并可增加糖原储备,具有抗疲劳作用。结论参芪五味咀嚼片具有抗应激、抗疲劳的作用。
Objective To observe the anti-stress function and anti-fiatigue property of Shenqi Wuwei chewable tablets. Methods The anti-stress function of Shenqi Wuwei chewable tablets was observed through anti-hypoxia, anti-low temperature and anti-high temperature experiments. The anti-fatigue effect was observed by measuring weight-loaded swimming time, pole-climbing time of mice, contents of blood lactic acid, lactate dehydrogenase, blood urea nitrogen, muscle glycogen and liver glycogen in rats. Results Shenqi Wuwei chewable tablets in middledosage treatment group and high dosage treatment group could significantly prolong the breath time after decapitation and the survival time of mice in a cold environment and reduce the death rate in high temperature. It could also significantly extend the weight-loaded swimming time and pole-climbing time of mice, decrease the contents of blood lactic acid, lactate dehydrogenase and blood urea nitrogen, and slow down the decomposition of muscle glycogen and liver glycogen compared with solvent group. Conclusion Shenqi Wuwei chewable tablets have remarkable antistress and anti-fatigue effect.
