带金属嵌件的酚醛树脂把手注射模具设计研究 被引量:2

摘要 带嵌件的塑料制件目前应用广泛,它解决了普通塑料制件力学性能难以保证的问题。在带嵌件的注射模具设计中,如何保证嵌件可靠、高效地放置和稳定地生产一直是这类模具设计的难点。文章分析了带金属嵌件的酚醛树脂把手的工艺和注射模具结构设计,给出了一种有效的金属嵌件固定方式,并针对热固性酚醛树脂材料特殊注射成型工艺,分析了模具的浇注系统、成型部分的结构、顶出系统、加热系统以及注塑机的选择。研究结果对带金属嵌件热固性塑料制件注塑成型模具的应用开发具有较好的参考和借鉴作用。 Plastic products with inserts are widely used because they have solved the problem of mechanical properties that is difficult for ordinary plastic products to guarantee. In design of injection melds with inserts, how to guarantee the inserts reliable, efficient and stable production is the difficulty. According to special injection molding process of thermosetting phenol - formaldehyde resin material, the paper makes an analysis of the processing and the injection mold structure of phenolic resin handle with metal inserts, gives an effective fixation and discusses the die casting system, the forming structure, ejection mechanism, heating systems and choice of the injection melding machine., analysis of, forming part of, rejection systems, , and plastic of choice. The findings will have good references for application and development of thermoset injection molding dies of plastic paas with metal insert.
